Your key focus will be on revenue generation by meeting targets by selling the online property based solutions to the clients and maintaining relationships effectively.
– Delivering revenue (Sales targets) and process improvements.
– Managing end to end sales cycle with regular participation into building new synergies.
– Building new capabilities and team improvement plans to ensure regular achievements.
– Stay up-to-date with market and competitor movements, new product launches in the market and ensure sales team members are on board.
– Attract, mentor, nurture and lead sales team to help them achieve their targets.
– Responsible for data reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reviewing performance against the metrics.
– Role will include B2C sales, and extensive meeting with clients.
– Individual will be responsible for converting the Leads.
– Team management experience required.
